Are "Boundaries" really a Biblical Concept?

The world has promoted the concept of "Boundaries" for a long time and now the church at large has adopted and attempted to defend the practice with Scripture.  Is this idea truly Scriptural?  We will attempt to answer this question in a short period of time as best possible.  This discussion is by NO means complete nor comprehensive, but should be sufficient to get you thinking.
